The other side of Rettland

Part of the joy of being in Rettland is the amazing people you meet while here. Almost a year and a half ago I had the honor of meeting Joseph Mendoza and soon after that his lovely wife Dyna and their twin boys. Their son Levon has MECP2 Duplication Syndrome. It is sort of the other side of Rett Syndrome, having too much MECP2 instead of too little. I will never forget when I first met Levon and how he drew me in. This is an amazing little family of big superheros. They made a short film to share, it is worth every bit of the 5 minutes it will take you to watch it. You might want a tissue, this video is that beautiful.
